Ludmila graduated from the State Medical and Pharmaceutical University named after Nicolae Testimitianu, Moldova (former USSR). Prior to her relocation to the U.S., she worked as an OB/GYN. Many years in the medical field made her to decide, unequivocally, that Family Medicine is the best match for her vocational goals and personality, where she can combine her educational and professional experience and take care of hall family.
Ms. Howser completed the Physician Assistants Master’s Program at University of Texas PA. She enjoys interacting with a variety of patients, from a range of economic, social and cultural backgrounds, and featuring a wide range of conditions and all age groups. Her goal is to provide compassionate care with the clinical application of modern technologies, as well as warmth and sensitivity towards her patients and colleagues.
